The following rules are to be considered as an integration of the CoC&ToS  currently in force, which can be viewed on the official PowsUp! website, to be applied for the entire life cycle of “PowsUp! Night 2027”, from registration until the end of the event.

Registration closing date is scheduled for and includes December 20 2026.

1. The full cost of the room will be paid by one of the occupants, who will become the room owner, the others need to only purchase the event ticket covering the entire duration and then join the room.

2. Pets can only be brought to the hotel with prior approval, mailing the request to [email protected], that will be evaluated by hotel Staff.

3. Upon the purchase of one or more Daily tickets, you have the option, within 24 hours of purchasing the first ticket, to add additional tickets to participate on all days, adding the remaining amount to the price of the "Event" package. After this deadline, it is still possible to supplement the standard price for the remaining Daily tickets, up to and including the registration closing date.

4. Accommodation is subject to the purchase of the "Event" package. Daily tickets do not allow you to purchase or join a room.

5. Changes to accommodation dates, on the Daily tickets date or to the ticket type may be requested, subject to payment of any difference in cost, no later than the closing date for registration. For rooms, owners can only change the room type to a higher one (e.g. from Single to Double, from Double to Triple and from Standard Classic to Junior Suite), subject to availability. Guests joining a room may freely change room types.

6. Changes that result in a refund, even partial, of the amount already paid for the ticket or accommodation are not permitted. Any difference in favor of the applicant will not be refunded nor converted under any circumstances.

7. During activities designated by the Staff and only within areas specifically marked, the Relaxed Dress Code temporarily applies. Outside these limits, the ordinary Dress code will remain in effect. Taking photos or recording videos, including by Staff, will also be prohibited in these spaces for the entire duration of the activity.

8. As an exception to the provisions of the CoC&ToS for the Dealers' Den, during the times and areas designated and marked by the Staff, point 4 of the "Dealers' Den, purchases and sales" section of the CoC&ToS is temporarily suspended.
